Shipping Policy

It is your responsibility to provide your correct address. We do not make any address alterations or check if it's a valid address. Therefore, if we shipped out your order, we are not responsible for a lost package once it has been marked shipped. It is now in hands of the mail carrier. 

We cannot cover lost, stolen or packages sent to the wrong address. We do not take any action to file for any types of claims. You must contact the mail carrier at your end. 

If you would like to correct or update an address and you order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately by email providing your order number.
